With a standard email account, from Google, Yahoo or other services, you can manage your contacts and send bulk emails, without too much effort, but you would need much more than an email address, if you have to send hundreds or thousands of newsletters to your clients. Mail clients offer more features, but most of them are either expensive or too complicated to use. A better solution is to use a bulk email sender. Mass Email Sender can meet your demands when it comes to sending a huge number of emails. It allows you to manage countless email addresses, in different mailing jobs, set up exclusions and much more.

The software is lightweight, so you can install it on your computer in no time. It can be used on Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Win 7 and it provides support for both 32 and 64-bit operating systems. The program doesn't have any special requirements and it works fine on any mid-range computer.

Mass Email Sender allows you to create one or more mailing jobs, which can be found in a list, on the main user interface. You can preview a selected job's message, mailing reports and system logs, on separate tabs, beneath the jobs list. Each mailing job can be saved with specific contents, recipients, attachments and other settings. You can also exclude email addresses for individual jobs or globally. Mailing accounts and recipients can be saved in the software's database and used as resources, when creating a mailing job, setting up exclusions or performing other operations.

Recipient addresses can be added manually, by typing them, but you can also import them from SQL servers and from XLS, CSV or plain text files. When creating a new mailing job, you must select one of your accounts and email lists, in different drop menus. Alternatively, you can decide to copy them from an existing mailing job.

Mailing jobs can be edited on a separate window, on which you can select a different sender or recipients list, type a different subject or message and make other settings, on different tabs. You can type a message in plain text or HTML. It is also possible to import and edit HTML pages, from a local folder, so you can design attractive marketing materials for your clients.
